Dr Harry Carlson speaks
at the Tulelake refuges
This tour was conducted September 11, 2003 for the
purpose of showing Humboldt University President and guests the Klamath Project.
Bureau of Reclamation, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Universities of Oregon and
California Extension officers, and Klamath Water Users
gave presentations. Farmers guided much of the tour. There were many questions and
answers throughout the day.
