     You will hear prayers, speeches, testimonies, questions by Congressmen and answers of witnesses.

     Some of the people who spoke at the rally and hearing were Troy Fletcher, Yurok Tribe, Tim Findley Range Magazine, Dan Keppen Klamath Water Users, Don Boyd Klamath Basin Businessman, Kirk Rodgers, Bureau of Reclamation Regional Director, Dr. William M. Lewis, Chairman of the National Research Council, David Vogel, fisheries scientist, Vernacio Hernandez, Hispanic Immigrant, and Congressman Ken Calvert, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Water and Power.
     How many suckers were then when listed as endangered, and how many are there now?
     Kirk Rogers, Bureau of Reclamation, could have stopped the 2001 water shut-off; why didn't he?
     Why is there a 100,000 acre foot water bank taking water from the farmers when the lake and river are higher since the Klamath Project was built?
     Who makes biological opinions?
