   The elevation of Upper Klamath Lake was 4,142.89 feet on Wednesday.
 
   At the end of April, the lake exceeded the mandated biological opinion minimum of 4,142.2 feet. By the end of May, the lake must be at 4,141.60 feet.
 
   The A Canal was flowing at a rate of 595 cubic feet per second on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the Williamson River was flowing at a rate of 2,070 cfs, which is 119 percent of the long-term average for the date.  
 
   Clear Lake’s elevation was 4,529.09 feet last Thursday, the most recent data available, with 187,340 acre-feet of storage. Gerber Reservoir’s elevation was 4,830.50 feet Monday, with 76,170 acrefeet of storage.
 
   The National Weather Service is reporting that since Sept. 30, the end of the 2010 water year, Klamath Falls has received 9.53 inches of precipitation, which is 98 percent of the historical average.
