1 Brad Kirby Tulelake Irrigation District manager and president of Klamath Water Users Association

2 Curt Mullis Klamath Water Users Association Mullis worked 31 years in federal service, including  field supervisor, state director, assistant state director, and district supervisor for Klamath Falls Fish and Wildlife Office. He is now on the KWUA Board.

4 Felice Pace Klamath Forest Alliance/Sierra Club-Redwood Chapter  Felice Pace lives on the Oregon Coast near the Klamath River. He was instrumental in shutting down logging using spotted owl theories and also helped create Klamath Riverkeeper,

7 Konrad Fisher Klamath Riverkeeper executive director and media contact.  Klamath Riverkeeper's goal is to Un-dam the Klamath River: http://www.klamathriver.org/our-work/un-dam-the-klamath/ . They were successful in litigation shutting down California suction dredge mining, causing water quality regulations, and as Craig Tucker  has stated, Klamath Irrigators are the enemies. Tucker is Karuk Tribe spokesman. He was on the steering committee of Klamath Riverkeeper before it spun off from umbrella group Klamath Forest Alliance, and he is presently on the board.
Klamath Riverkeeper history & accomplishments, and Board of Directors - 2016 "Over the next 5 years, KRK worked with allies at the Karuk Tribe and Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen’s Associations to apply a legal, policy, and grassroots full court press to dam-owner PacifiCorp and its owner, Warren Buffett. Our successful lawsuits, nonstop policy advocacy, and targeted grassroots pressure forced PacifiCorp to sign a stakeholder agreement to un-dam and restore the Klamath River in 2010."

16 Vivian Helliwell Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen's Associations and Institute for Fisheries Resources.

Yurok and Hoopa Tribes and Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen (PCFFA) and other enviro groups petitioned against the Klamath Irrigators continuing to get an affordable power rate. Their goal was to reduce irrigation.
