No dams should be removed.

I was raised in the Willamette Valley. We had floods every year around January. We would boat out and stay in town until water receded. That was before Detroit Dam, Green Peter Dam, Dexter Dam, Foster Hills Creek and smaller dams.

In the 1940s, the community of Vanport in Portland was wiped out.

I’ve seen a lot of devastation from flood waters, including the Lower Rogue and Lower Klamath before the Lost Creek, Keno and Iron Gate dams were built.


Pacific Power is not in business to lose money. Guess who is going to pay.

I don’t think salmon will ever get to Upper Klamath Lake.
