Summer 1962: Nothing better than getting up at dawn, spending the day with Dad irrigating potatoes, discussing life, learning how to work and be accountable, watching nature, eating Mom's sack lunch together, and loving it. Nothing better for a snack, than "new potatoes" you dig in, find a couple, rub the skin off on your levis and pop em in your mouth, crunchy and sweet.. so, so good. -R.
