of the Senate President Office of the House Speaker Joint Committee on Ways and Means Public Hearings Schedule In addition to its regularly-scheduled public hearings in the State Capitol, the legislature’s Joint Committee on Ways and Means will hold public hearings outside the Capitol to make it easier for Oregonians to comment on state budget proposals. Below is a list of the committee hearings. If you are unable to attend a hearing, but would like to comment on the state budget, please e-mail us at: state.budget2005@state.or.us.
