The devastation and heartache caused by these wrong and biased opinions written by Dr. Thomas Hardy still make news throughout the world. The question could be asked how can NOAA Fisheries, formerly known as National Marine Fisheries Service, be involved in an area which is 300 miles from the ocean and with no marine life? Could NOAA's initials stand for "No American Agriculture?" James R.
