Pacific Legal Foundation attorney Russell Brooks
will address the ramifications of District Court
Judge Michael Hogan's latest rulings in a case
involving whether hatchery fish should be counted in
population numbers that play a role in protection
status.
Instead, Hogan left them in place while the agency
completes the review of 26 west coast salmon
listings, including the salmon in the Klamath River. There will be a question and answer session after Brooks' presentation.
