   The elevation of Upper Klamath Lake was 4,143.08 feet on Wednesday.
 
   Lake levels have hovered near that level since the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation released water April 1.
 
   The A Canal was flowing at a rate of 207 cubic feet per second on Tuesday, up from 158 cfs last week. On Wednesday, the Williamson River was flowing at a rate of 2,000 cfs, which is 102 percent of the long-term average for the date.
 
   Clear Lake’s elevation was 4,527.1 feet on Friday, with 147,090 acre-feet of storage. Flows are currently 0 cfs. Gerber Reservoir’s elevation was 4,826.2 feet Sunday, with 61,500 acre-feet of storage. Flows there are at 0 cfs.
 
   The National Weather Service is reporting that since Sept. 30, the end of the 2010 water year, Klamath Falls has received 8.85 inches of precipitation.
