Thomas names ESA hearing witnesses
U.S. Sen. Craig
Thomas, R-Wyo., has released the list of
witnesses who will testify this month at a
congressional field hearing on the status of the
Endangered Species Act. The witness list
includes Mark Rey, USDA undersecretary for
natural resources and environment; Julie
MacDonald, deputy assistant secretary for fish
and wildlife and parks for the Interior
Department; Randall Luthi, majority floor leader
of the Wyoming House; Terry Cleveland, director
of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department; Sleeter
Dover, director of the Wyoming Transportation
Department; and Alden Prosser, Platte County
