NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

KLAMATH WATER AND POWER AGENCY

The board of directors of the Klamath Water and Power Agency will hold a public meeting at the offices of the Klamath Irrigation District, 6640 KID Lane, Klamath Falls, Oregon on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.

The agenda includes the status of the Water User Mitigation Program grant from the Bureau of Reclamation; the executive director search, a call for request for proposals for an independent municipal accounting to help establish the accounting books and records of  the Agency and to conduct its annual audit, a call for request for proposals to serve as the insurance agent of record for the Agency, and other organizational issues.
