Great Egrit

Great Egrets roost in riparian areas and are seen feeding in both shallow wetlands and permanent marshes in the Upper Klamath and Tule Lake Basins during the months of April through October.

Other Habitats: seasonal and shallow marshes; permanent marshes and deep wetlands.
