WWII veteran Tulelake Homesteader Eleanor Bolesta checks out the Potato Festival vegetable competition. She has often grown potatoes on her homestead that she won in 1947 after her service in WWII.

Her favorite part of the festivities was singing along with the Old Time Fiddlers.
